Appointment & cancellation policies

A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. Our consultations have a fee of $25 which will be applied to your services the day of your appointment.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. There will be a charge of $25 for any missed appointments.

We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to accommodate appointment changes whenever possible. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. Same-day rescheduling is considered a late cancellation and will also be subject to the $25 fee.

We are sorry, skin care products and treatments are not refundable.

Clients may receive a courtesy appointment reminder by text and/or phone prior to their scheduled visit. Appointment reminders are provided as a convenience, and clients remain responsible for managing their scheduled appointments.
