Programs

Semaglutide

Ozempic® / Wegovy®

A weekly GLP-1 injection that reduces appetite and slows gastric emptying, helping you feel full sooner and longer. Doses are titrated gradually to balance results with tolerability.

Tirzepatide

Mounjaro® / Zepbound®

A dual GIP/GLP-1 weekly injection that often produces greater appetite suppression and weight reduction than GLP-1 therapy alone. Ideal for patients who have plateaued on other programs.

Phentermine

Oral medication

A short-term oral appetite suppressant for eligible patients, used alongside nutrition and activity coaching. A non-injectable option for those who prefer a daily tablet.

The Lumae advantage

Care you deserve, tailored to fit your life

Expert care you can trust

Your plan is built and monitored by licensed clinicians with experience in weight management, metabolic health and primary care, using evidence-based protocols rather than one-size-fits-all dosing.

Comprehensive health benefits

Weight loss here is about more than appearance. We track blood pressure, blood sugar, lipids and energy, so the program also lowers your risk of diabetes, joint pain and sleep apnea.

Compassionate, ongoing support

Calorie guidance, side effect management and honest check-ins at every visit. You are never left to interpret a dose change or a plateau on your own.

Questions

Before you start

Am I a candidate?

Most adults with a BMI of 27 or above, or 25 with a weight related condition such as high blood pressure or prediabetes, are eligible. Your provider confirms this at the good faith exam.

Is the medication included in the price?

Yes. Each visit price includes one month of medication when clinically appropriate, plus your B12 shot and calorie counting support.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Patients on GLP-1 and dual agonist therapy commonly lose 10 to 20 percent of body weight over several months. Results vary with dose, nutrition and activity.

What about side effects?

Nausea, fullness and mild digestive changes are the most common and usually settle as your dose is titrated. We review symptoms at every visit and adjust.

Do I need labs?

We review your history and recent labs at intake, and order new labs when clinically indicated before starting therapy.

Can I stop the medication later?

Yes. We build a tapering and maintenance plan so the habits and results hold after the injections end.
